Our Story
IMO Partners was founded by people who actually wrote insurance business. We've carried bags, handled objections, navigated underwriting nightmares, and closed complex cases.
After years of seeing talented producers get burned by overhyped IMO relationships — teaser comp rates, mysterious lead costs, and "support" that was really just recruiting calls — we decided to build something different.

We're not interested in mass recruiting or volume-based growth. We'd rather work with 50 great producers than 500 mediocre ones.
Long-Term Relationships
We measure success in years, not transactions. Our best partnerships are with producers who've been with us for the long haul.
No Mass Recruiting
We don't do stadium events, income claims, or motivation-heavy recruiting tactics. We have quiet conversations with serious producers.
What We're Not
We're not a lead company. Leads are one optional tool, not our primary business model. If you generate your own business through referrals, networking, or marketing, we fully support that.
We're not a training mill. We work with experienced agents who already know how to write business. We provide operational support, not basic sales training.
We're not a captive shop. You maintain your independence. We don't force exclusive carrier relationships or push products that don't fit your clients.
We're not for everyone. If you're brand new, chasing guaranteed income, or looking for get-rich-quick schemes, this isn't the right fit.

Our leadership team has over 40 combined years of experience in life insurance, annuities, and Medicare sales. We've built, scaled, and exited producer organizations. We understand what works — and what doesn't.
